I'm feeling rather full tonight.

Alice couldn't eat another bite.

Alice couldn't even take a half a bean, or taste a tangerine.

Alice couldn't lick a lettuce leaf, or bite the smallest bit of beef.

Alice couldn't polish off a pea, or sip a single drop of tea.

Alice couldn't nibble on a nanogram, or even consider eating a candied yam or a Spam.

Yes, that's how full I truly am.

To even think of eating more would leave me lying on the floor

and surely make my stomach hurt unless I have dessert.

Alice would enjoy something as delightful as jelly or jam or spam or a sweet dessert.
